Villa Calypso is a unique property designed by ISV Architects. It is located in the Sporades island complex in a 4.500 sqm / 48437 sqft, fully landscaped plot above the beautiful shoreline of Poros, with direct access to a sandy beach and spectacular views of the Aegean Sea. The combination of simple vernacular geometries, the brilliance of the Aegean light and the idyllic natural of this isolated setting next to the sea make for the perfect luxury summer house.
The house consists of 400 sqm / 4305 sqft of living areas, divided into stepped ground, upper floor levels and an independent guest bedroom with kitchenette . On the 230 sqm / 2475 sqft ground floor, 3 guest bedrooms and expansive living spaces are arranged vertical to the pool deck, featuring a 100 sqm/ 1076 sqft, granite clad pool. The principal private quarters on the 50 sqm / 538 sqft upper floor rise citadel‐like from the quiet drama of this massing, commanding sightlines that extend over Poros Beach to the scenically layered coastal horizon.
